Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the AI Printable Studio website or buy a personalized activity book. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

AI Printable Studio is run by PR Kreativni Kliker, Republic of Serbia (registration no. 67424042, tax ID 114239265). Contact: studio@doodleandroar.top.

2. What you're buying

Each product is a digital PDF: a printable activity book personalized with the first name, age and details you enter. No physical book is shipped. You'll need a device that opens PDFs and a printer. The preview shows the first pages with a "PREVIEW" watermark that isn't in the file you buy. Printed results depend on your printer, ink and paper. Please check the spelling of the name in the preview before ordering.

3. Who can order

You must be the child's parent or legal guardian and at least 18 years old.

4. Orders, payment and tax

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), who is the merchant of record for all our orders. Creem takes payment, charges any sales tax or VAT due and issues the receipt. Creem processes any refund we approve. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

5. Delivery

After payment we make your book and show a download button, usually within seconds, and we email you the link. The link works for 72 hours, and the PDF is deleted from our server after 7 days, so please download it straight away and keep a copy. If something goes wrong, email us and we'll help.

6. License to use the file

You're buying a license to use the file, not the copyright. You may print as many copies as you like for your own family's personal use. You may not resell, share or redistribute the book or its pages, printed or digital.

7. Refunds and withdrawal

Because each book is personalized and delivered instantly, sales are final. We will of course fix or refund an order if the file is faulty, never arrives, you were charged twice, or the book isn't as described. By asking us to deliver the book immediately, you agree that the EU/UK right of withdrawal for digital content ends once the download is available; this doesn't affect your other statutory rights. Email us to report a problem.

8. Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful. Please don't enter names that aren't your child's or that are offensive; we may refuse such orders.

9. Intellectual property

All artwork, puzzles, text, logos and page designs belong to the operator of AI Printable Studio and are protected by copyright. These terms don't transfer ownership of any of it to you.

10. Liability

We take care to make sure the files work and match their descriptions. Apart from that, the site and products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the book concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top will change when we do. Your order is governed by the terms in force on the day you placed it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you live in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your own country's law, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly.
