We collect as little as we can. This page explains what data is involved when you make a personalized activity book, who handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible for your data
AI Printable Studio is run by PR Kreativni Kliker, Republic of Serbia (registration no. 67424042, tax ID 114239265). We are the controller for the data described on this page. Contact: studio@doodleandroar.top.
What we collect
To make a book we ask for your child's first name, age, an optional favorite animal (chosen from a list), the paper size, and your email address. We never ask for photos of children, surnames, addresses or birthdays.
Visiting the site
No cookies from us. Our pages don't set cookies and don't use advertising, social-media or tracking pixels. We don't run analytics.
Server logs. Our web host automatically records standard request data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). It's used only for security and troubleshooting and deleted after a short period, normally within 30 days.
Previews. When you preview a book, the details you entered are used only to draw the preview on the fly. Nothing is stored until you order.
Buying a book
Checkout is operated by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), who act as merchant of record (the seller) for every order. You give your payment details directly to Creem; we never see or store your card details. Creem is the controller for payment and billing data. We send Creem only your email address and a random order number, never your child's details.
After payment we create the book and email you a download link.
The story in the book
The short story in the book may be written with the help of an AI text service. It receives only an age range and the chosen favorite animal, never your child's name; the name is added on our own server.
Why we're allowed to use it
- To make and deliver your book and give support: necessary to perform our contract with you.
- Accounting and tax records: legal obligation.
- Server logs and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
We don't send marketing emails.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers that run the shop: Creem (checkout and payment, Estonia, EU), our web hosting and email provider, and, for the story only, an AI text provider (without the child's name). They process data for these purposes only. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or Serbia, it's protected by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent legal safeguard. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Your book (PDF) is deleted from our server after 7 days, and download links stop working after 72 hours. Please save your copy.
- Orders that are never paid are deleted after 7 days.
- After 60 days we remove your child's name and your email address from our order records. What remains (date, status, payment reference) is kept as long as accounting law requires.
- Server logs: normally up to 30 days. Support emails: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
Children
Our books are for kids, but the shop is for adults. Orders are placed by parents and legal guardians aged 18 or over, who confirm this when ordering. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has sent us personal data, email us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, or US state privacy laws, including COPPA for children's data), you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another service. Email studio@doodleandroar.top. We'll reply within 30 days. For payment and billing data, contact Creem directly. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or the authority in your own country.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
